Listing Office Commission 3% of the sales price
Selling Office Commission 3% of the sales price
Total 6% of the sales price
Special Discounted Commission Rate (limited time):
Listing Office Commission 1% of the sales price (2% savings)
Selling Office Commission 3% of the sales price (maintains sales incentive)
Total 4% of the sales price (2% savings)
For example: A 2% savings on a home that sells for $200,000 equal a savings of $4,000.00
